Working with the hoop as a prop and tool, we will move through a yoga practice to warm up. We’ll then go over fundamental movements of the body to keep the hoop spinning in both directions, add basic on- and off-the-body moves, and work with hand and footwork to create a strong foundation.
We’ll start to smooth out our flow and learn transitions by connecting various techniques from Part 1 into our asana practice. Try hooping blindfolded to further understand our movement while spinning and dancing within the hoop and learn some basic isolations building into a dance party!
More advanced practitioners, come connect, learn and refine!
